Warehouse & Food Manufacturing Facility

The Hunter Food Factory is a purpose-built warehouse and food manufacturing facility designed to meet the operational, hygiene, and regulatory requirements of modern food production environments. The facility integrates manufacturing, storage, and service functions within a well-planned industrial layout that supports efficient workflows and long-term operational reliability.

MEP System Highlights
The building is equipped with robust mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored specifically for food manufacturing operations. These include high-capacity water supply and drainage systems to support production processes and frequent cleaning cycles, efficient ventilation and exhaust systems to maintain indoor air quality, and electrical infrastructure designed to support continuous plant operations and specialized equipment. Fire protection systems are integrated in accordance with authority and food safety regulations, ensuring both operational safety and compliance.

At the rear of the facility, two large-capacity water storage tanks are provided to support production processes, cleaning requirements, and fire protection systems, ensuring uninterrupted operation and compliance with regulatory standards. A dedicated service yard is incorporated for loading and unloading activities, allowing smooth movement of goods, raw materials, and finished products without disrupting internal production areas.

The layout prioritizes operational efficiency, hygiene, and safety, with clear separation between manufacturing, storage, and service zones. The overall design supports the demands of a modern food manufacturing environment while maintaining long-term functionality and compliance.
